Who we are
Circularium Event Space is operated by SRL Freddy met Curry, Chaussée de Mons 95, 1070 Anderlecht, Belgium (company number BE 0682.716.781). We are the controller for the personal data described in this notice. Questions or requests: hello@circularium-event-space.be.
What data we collect
When you submit the availability form, we collect the data you provide: organisation, name, email address, phone number, and the details of your event (dates, group size, purpose, catering choices, extras and any notes). When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address and browser type in server logs, for security and delivery of the site.
Why we use it
We use your data to answer your request, prepare your proposal and manage your event — the steps needed before and during a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — and to keep limited records of our business contacts based on our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
Your data is stored and handled by service providers acting on our instructions: Supabase (form database), Resend (email delivery, EU region), Cloudflare (website hosting and content delivery) and Google Fonts (font files served when loading pages, which involves your IP address being sent to Google). Where a provider processes data outside the European Union, this is done under appropriate safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses.
Analytics and cookies
This site currently sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If we activate measurement tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads), they will run in consent mode and a cookie banner will ask your permission first.
How long we keep it
Booking requests and related correspondence are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your data, or object to its processing at any time via hello@circularium-event-space.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be / gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
Changes
We may update this notice as the site evolves; the date above always reflects the current version.
